After seeing this eyeliner on Karen's blog last week, I immediately went out and bought it. Yes - I turned off my computer, got into my car and headed to Target. That is what you ladies do to me! =)Like I say, you can never have too many black shoes or black bags, and now apparently black eyeliners because this one is number 6 for me. I picked up Vibrant Pearl, which is a true black for brown eyes. Where the name Vibrant Pearl comes into play I don't know, but I am digging this drug store find.
These twist up eyeliner pencils rock. Besides the fact that they don't need sharpeners, they're water-resistant and smudgeproof! I didn't notice any brightening, but for $7 I'm ok with that.
My skin is oily and pencil eyeliners always seem to smudge on me - but this one stayed put. I was so excited each time I would check my makeup to see that my eyeliner was where it was supposed to be!
For application, run it against the back of your hand first before you apply it on your eyes or it will tug.
Even though the other 3 available colors are not for brown eyes, they are still on my shopping list for my next Target trip. $7 eyeliner this good should not be passed up!
